Founder & Therapist
Natalie is a licensed mental health counselor with a strong background in both clinical and educational counseling. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utica College, a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College, and a Certificate of Advanced Study (CAS) in School Counseling from the College of Saint Rose.
Natalie specializes in treating anxiety disorders and childhood trauma, with a clinical focus in neuropsychology. Her work is deeply rooted in understanding how the brain impacts behavior, emotion, and healing; allowing her to support clients with a compassionate and science-informed approach. She works with young individuals and adults to uncover patterns, build emotional resilience, and create individualized paths toward wellness.
With 9 years of experience in private practice and school counseling, Natalie blends evidence-based techniques with a warm, down-to-earth style. She believes in meeting clients exactly where they are — offering practical tools, real talk, and unwavering support.

Meet Brianna! Our kind-hearted, calming presence and resident expert in helping clients find balance through life’s biggest transitions. Brianna specializes in supporting women through anxiety, grief, and the many stages of motherhood—from pregnancy and postpartum to the emotional shifts of perimenopause. Her gentle, down-to-earth approach helps clients feel safe, seen, and supported as they navigate the ups and downs of life.
Brianna’s path to social work began with a degree in Human Services from Cazenovia College, followed by a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California. She combines her strong clinical training with genuine compassion and a gift for making therapy feel both grounding and hopeful.
Clients often say that Brianna has a way of making even the hardest conversations feel a little lighter. She believes in meeting people where they are with warmth, compassion, and zero judgment— helping them uncover their own resilience along the way. Whether she’s helping a new mom find her footing, supporting someone through loss, or guiding a client through anxiety, Brianna brings heart, skill, and steady encouragement to every session.

Meet Holly! Holly is currently finalizing her specialist placement through Utica University and will begin a specialization in play therapy.
Holly works with children and teens ages 3-14, using the power of play to help them express themselves, build confidence, and work through tough emotions. With her warm, friendly nature, Holly makes every session feel safe, fun, and full of possibilities for growth.
Her dedication and hard work shine through in everything she does—she’s all about making sure each child feels heard and understood. Whether she’s playing, listening, or guiding kids through their feelings, Holly is always there to lend a helping hand and a big smile.
